Janeth Hermosillo

Janeth Hermosillo joined Thunderbird School of Global Managementas Student Success team in August 2019 as a Student Admissions Specialist. Within Student Success, Janeth is part of the Admissions and Recruitment team where she is heavily involved with the admissions process and operations for the recruitment cycle. She is responsible for overseeing the Global Recruitment & Operations Center (GROC) where she manages an international team of passionate, hard-working graduate students. The purpose of the GROC is to connect and communicate with prospective students around the globe to assist them in accessing the opportunity for higher education at Thunderbird.

Janeth is passionate about intercultural empathy and communication, and she seeks to bridge gaps in understanding that people from different walks of life may conceive. From Mexico, she has grown into a bicultural lifestyle within her home country and the United States, which has expanded her intercultural empathy. As an ASU alumnus (2018), Janeth has travelled and studied abroad in both Japan and South Korea. Though she will always seek adventure and desire travel, working at Thunderbird amongst a diverse, bright group is the utmost fulfillment.
