Kati Kiss

Kati Kiss is a Program Manager for custom Executive Education programs at Thunderbird Europe, based in Geneva, Switzerland. She has an extensive background in education management and joined the Thunderbird team in February 2017.

She manages various types of multi-level, international trainings with a focus on Leadership Development for numerous global clients. These executive-level courses entail development, end-to-end logistical coordination in partnership with sponsors, participants, faculty and third-party providers, while also providing excellent client care.

Prior to joining Thunderbird, Kati has worked for several international Non-Profit Organizations as a conference and education manager where she developed a global mindset. She organized multiple interactive hands-on trainings for medical doctors (live surgeries, workshops with medical tools, etc.) and also large-scale conferences such as the International AIDS Conference with 20,000 participants. With her work she has travelled to many locations globally managing trainings on site and dealing with the unique circumstances of each country, including crisis management due to local riots.

Kati is married and is originally from Hungary. In her free time she enjoys handcrafts, travelling, spending time with her friends and various outdoor sports such as hiking, skiing, etc.
