Marie-Laure Kienne

Marie-Laure Kienne is the Director of Global Operations for Executive Education, and is the head of the Thunderbird Geneva Center. She leads all aspects of operations for Thunderbird’s Executive Education programs, including project management of our global program deliveries, as well as team leadership. Over the years Marie-Laure has led the development and implementation of global, complex, multi-level programs for large international companies evolving in different fields, such as pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, as well as for international organizations. In collaboration with the client team, she ensures and monitors the quality of implementation of these complex program rollouts, as well as all customer satisfaction. Marie-Laure has been associated with Thunderbird Europe since Thunderbird’s first presence in Europe, in 1993. Prior to Thunderbird Europe, she was a marketing assistant for Salomon Sports company in Annecy, France. On her free time, Marie-Laure enjoys outdoor activities, such ask hiking/trekking, ski touring, or Nordic-walking.
